The people who signed up for this popular event have been grouped and those people have been contacted.  The groups will have through the summer to meet as many times as they can/would like.  Get to cooking!

Block Party June 9
We are planning a block party for our “neighborhood” on this date from 5-7pm.  More details to follow.

Our Commissioning of Dr. Marcia Rich
Sunday was a happy day for Northminster Presbyterian Church because Marcia Rich was commissioned as our Lay Interim Pastor. We are so pleased to have Marcia here to guide us until a permanent pastor is selected. Marcia is a delightful experience for Northminster. She is a good leader, has a nice sense of humor and is very warm and friendly. Her commissioning service reflected this. She was assisted by several pastors from central and north Iowa churches, Elders, our choir and special words from Rev. David Feltman from our Presbytery. It was a grand service followed by a celebrating potluck.
